- This is a client facing role, so attending project/production meetings and delivering client presentations will be required.
- Identify and develop improvement opportunities for the internal creative workflow process and be an advocate for that workflow process.
- Ensure the right people are involved at the key stages of each project.
- Work with all Project Managers within the team to ensure you are aware of all live projects going through and work with the team to plan and prioritise accordingly.
- Work directly with the Operations Director to identify any skills gaps that exist within the agency.
- Establish and embed client specific processes to ensure efficiencies and highest quality of delivery.
- Work with the Business Leadership team to manage client/account budgets through proper scope definition, risk management and change management protocols.
- Be responsible for financial reconciliation on completion of projects.
