Vocal and Keys Teacher

Job Description

We are looking for a singing teacher to join our team at Maunder’s School Of Popular Music. Candidates must be able to teach all ages and abilities and be available for the below listed shifts. There will also be the opportunity for more shifts once established at the school.

We have an extremely close, happy workforce of teacher’s so personality and passion for teaching music is just as important to us as qualifications. We ask that candidates have degree level music education, experience within the music industry as well as 1 year of teaching experience.

We are extremely full with vocal students and have over 350 weekly students across all instruments. So are looking for new teachers to allow us to expand in the new year

We are a popular music based school and teach with a broad range of resources including Rockschool, ABRSM and Trinity

This job will be taking over from a long serving staff who is returning home abroad. This is a well loved member of staff who will be extremely hard to replace.

We need someone who can fill his role of teaching both vocals and piano.

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: £17.00 per hour

Monday- s 12pm until 9pm

Wednesday’s – 1pm until 9pm

Saturday’s – 9am until 5pm

Possibility of additional hours after starting

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
