We are currently seeking an Assistant Centre Manager to assist the Centre Manager to ensure successful centre operations, work with students to achieve mastery of maths, support parents and to train and lead a team of Instructors.
Job Overview:
Mathnasium Managers are dynamic, enthusiastic individuals, they possess the strong leadership, entrepreneurial and organisational skills needed to successfully operate a thriving learning centre. This will be achieved through competent instructional direction, empathetic parent communication, inspirational staff leadership and effective administration, but most of all you must have a great rapport with your students.

Responsibilities:
- Execute superior customer service, communicating student progress to parents regularly and confidently resulting in student retention
- To support staff induction, training and continuous professional development
- To maintain accurate data for reporting and analysis purposes
- Assist with business related administrative tasks
- Administer Mathnasium curriculum through accurate student assessment and diagnosis to monitor and ensure continued student progression and mastery
- Inspire, manage and lead a team to deliver Mathnasium methodology
- Engage with the local community, network, build strong school and business relationships
Person Specification
Essential:
- Strong maths skills (A-Level or Higher Education qualification)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional customer service focus
- Passion for working with students
- Superb organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines
- Exemplary character, ambitious, resilient and empathetic
Preferred:
- Previous educational, teaching or tutoring experience
- Degree level qualification
- Previous leadership skills and experience in a supervisory role
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £20,000.00-£24,000.00 per year + Bonus
Schedule:
- Mon – Thurs + Sunday (half day)
