Job Description
We are Masters of Mindset; we pride ourselves on offering the best customer experience while driving record levels of sales efficiencies for our business and clients. We recruit, hire, train, manage and sell! But we sell on behalf of our clients in the travel sector, who hire us to do the selling for them.

Our sales operation has grown to over 90 Sales Partners in 2024 with the aim to be at 180-200 by the end of 2025! Each Sales Partner will be in a position to earn uncapped and unrivalled commission in the travel industry, selling luxury travel packages to the US market at our HQ in Uxbridge, West-London. This job will also offer the chance of luxury international travel as we are now meeting our customers face-to-face on a global scale where all expenses are covered.
Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
- Field inbound service calls or make outbound service calls on warm leads
- Directly responsible for selling cruises and add-on services/products
- Builds and maintains effective relationships with new and existing consumers
- Responsible for meeting respective phone standards
- Responsible for meeting monthly performance targets
Requirements:
- Excellent active listening skills to build rapport with customers

- Ability to manage sensitive and critical client information
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Flexibility with schedules – able to follow a strict attendance policy and be punctual

Compensation and Hours:
- Salary: £26k p/y with OTE: 1ST year – £70k – £90k; 2nd year – £100k plus
- Daily and weekly cash incentives to drive the right performance
- Working hours; 12am – 8am, due to selling to the Australia market, Mon – Fri, full-time employment only. You would also work the first Saturday of every month.
- Office based – Uxbridge, North-West London
- Training will last 3 weeks
