Production Operative- Night Shift

Mason’s Animal Feeds Ltd is actively recruiting for a Production Operative for night shift in our growing Cloughmills Mill.

Duties to Include:

• Mill operation using computer control of equipment
• Some hand inclusion of minerals for special product batches
• Maintaining cleanliness of the Control & Production areas

Successful candidate will have:

• Legal right to work in the UK
• Record of good personal health
• Ability to lift and to carry 25kg bag
• Pride in a job properly done
• Concern for animal welfare
• Good communication skills
• Good use of written and spoken English
• Basic maths skills
• Basic computer skills
• Residence local to Mason’s Animal Feeds
• Valid driving license and personal transportation
• Punctuality when reporting for shift work
• Ability to work to a set production schedule
• Willingness to take and follow instructions; both written and verbal
• License or ability to qualify for license to drive forklift
• Farming experience is preferred
