Nissan Vehicle Technician
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Motor Vehicle Technician to join our team at Martins Nissan in Winchester. As part of our busy and well-established main dealership, you’ll work alongside a knowledgeable and dedicated team to maintain and repair Nissan vehicles to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out repairs and servicing on Nissan vehicles, diagnosing and addressing faults with accuracy.
- Ensure all work is completed efficiently, safely, and to customer satisfaction.
- Perform and document vehicle safety checks, notifying the Workshop Controller of any additional requirements.
- Record all labor on job cards accurately for invoicing purposes, whether chargeable or not.
- Provide detailed write-ups on job cards, including faults, diagnosis, and solutions.
- Adhere strictly to Health & Safety and environmental policies.
- Participate in ongoing training, both in-house and externally, as required.
What We’re Looking For:
- A recently qualified technician with NVQ Level 2 or higher in Motor Vehicle Maintenance.
- Someone with excellent attention to detail and a commitment to first-time fixes.
- A team player who values efficiency, professionalism, and customer satisfaction.
- At least one year of experience as a Vehicle Technician (preferred).
- A full, valid driving license (required).
