Your Role

As Branch Manager, you will play a critical role in the success of the branch. You’ll lead a passionate and high-performing team while driving growth and ensuring our clients receive first-class service.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership and Team Management:

  • Oversee the day-to-day running of the office and ensure smooth operations.
  • Mentor and develop team members through regular appraisals, training, and support.
  • Organize and run daily morning meetings to align the team with goals and strategies.
  • Foster a positive, collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork and innovation.

Business Development and Marketing:

  • Increase office market share by generating new and repeat business opportunities in lettings and sales.
  • Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns, including PPC/Google Ads and leafleting.
  • Take a proactive approach to local marketing to build brand awareness and establish a strong local presence.

Client Management and Service Excellence:

  • Conduct market appraisals, provide qualified market advice, and secure new instructions.
  • Liaise with landlords, tenants, vendors, and buyers to ensure smooth transactions.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, maintaining regular communication with all stakeholders.
  • Handle complaints promptly and professionally, always aiming for resolution.

Operational and Compliance Oversight:

  • Manage applicant databases, ensuring regular contact and efficient applicant management.
  • Ensure all tenancy and sales agreements comply with current legislation, including GDPR, Anti-Money Laundering, and the Housing Act.
  • Monitor office systems, client accounting, and software to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Produce regular performance reports, including monthly MSF reports.

Financial Management:

  • Achieve individual and office profit targets while maintaining agreed fee levels.
  • Oversee financial transactions, including taking deposits, managing receipts, and ensuring accurate record-keeping.

Pay: Up to £40,000.00 per year
