Overview
The Bakery is a community pub and has a prominent town centre position, situated on the main road through Malvern Link it has a courtyard garden at the rear next to a small car park.
Malvern is consistently voted one of the best places to live in the Midlands. Alongside the Malvern Hills and The Three Counties Showground there is good seasonal inflow of tourists and day trippers.
The pub is a two-room operation consisting of a bar and a lounge, off the lounge is small catering kitchen – this would benefit from an own food offering which you get 100% of the takings from.
There is the opportunity here to increase the weekly sales up to £5,000 per week with the introduction of an own food offer, regular entertainment and increasing the sports teams.
The Bakery would suit either an experienced community operator who has experience of implementing a food offer or a first timer looking to take on their own site – someone who has drive and passion to increase trade.
