Overview
The Old Swan is a traditional Tudor style pub in the centre of the market town of Atherstone, Warwickshire. This very traditional pub features three rooms and two bars, pub games and a small carpark. Additionally there is space for a commercial kitchen to introduce a food offer which would be 100% to the operator.
The Old Swan is part of a good circuit of pubs within Atherstone and with the introduction of weekly activity and teams sales can grow substantially. The Old Swan is currently trading 100% wet only with an average weekly sales of £4,000.
We are ideally looking for a community focussed pub operator who can introduce weekly activity and grow drink sales including real ale.
What’s in it for you?

- Low ingoing costs, starting with just a £5,000 deposit and £360 legal cost. (*deposits can vary dependant on business – ask us for more details*)
