Job Description

Role: Service Team Supervisor
Location: Marshall Jaguar Land Rover Cambridge
Hours: 46.25 hours per week, including Saturday mornings on a rota basis
Salary: Basic salary plus a bonus and OTE scheme in place

Bonus schemes: Customer satisfaction and team performance bonus schemes

The role

Marshall Motor Group are currently recruiting for a Service Team Supervisor to join our Jaguar Land Rover dealership in Cambridge. Working as part of a team and reporting to the Aftersales Manager, this role offers you the opportunity to use your leadership skills to drive performance on our service reception.

What will I do on a daily basis?

  • Provide day to day guidance and direction to a team of Service Advisors
  • Ensure the highest level of customer care and satisfaction are delivered at all times
  • Identify areas of improvement for the service reception department to improve performance and customer satisfaction
  • Plan ahead and manage time effectively to ensure all tasks are achieved
  • Develop and maintain professional working relationships with all customers, dealership colleagues, suppliers and external representatives

What experience do I need?

  • Ideally you would have some experience in a similar role within a vehicle dealership
  • Ability to remain professional, calm and positive at all times
  • Approach tasks eagerly and cooperate fully when requested
  • Proactive mind set
  • Positive, can-do attitude
  • Outstanding organisation and time management skills with the ability to work to deadlines

Experience:

  • Service Advisor: 2 years (required)
  • Motor trade: 2 years (preferred)
