MM FLOWERS GROUP LIMITED is a medium business in MANUFACTURING in Spalding. We are professional, agile and innovative.
We are looking for a motivated Counterbalance Driver who will ensure the stock is picked and despatched to our customers correctly and on time, help with loading pallets on to vehicles in a timely manner. Maintain a clean and tidy working environment ensuring health and safety standards are maintained and work in collaboration and cross functionally across all Operations through the Supply Chain and departments.
Your shift pattern:
- Your shift pattern of 4 days on, 3 days off, 3 days on and 4 days off – either Sunday to Wednesday or Wednesday to Saturday.
- You will only be scheduled to work 7 days in every 14 days!
On a daily basis you will be:
- Ensuring Health and safety is followed and adhered to.
- Manual handling technics to be followed.
- Picking stock using handheld scanners,
- Accurate picking of stock from production to complete customer orders to zero
- Operating MHE to load trailers in a safe and timely manner.
- Working in control temperature areas
- Working as a team with the other operative on shift, supporting the section leader to reduce shortages to our customers.
- Supporting other areas such as intake and despatch as and when required.
- Undertake Company Induction & associated training (Food Safety Level 2, Health & Safety).
- Support the team with additional shifts as and when required.
- Hygiene tasks as directed by section leader
What you can already do:
- Previous intake or despatch experience is essential
- Previous experience within Fresh Produce / Food Production / FMCG environment.
- Excellent planning and organisational skills.
- Good all-round communication skills.
- A keen eye for detail.
- Up to date MHE certificate; Counter Balance, Flexi or PPT is desirable

This is a fully onsite role.
