We are looking for a dedicated Learning and Development (L&D) Manager to drive the growth and development of our teams while taking on a broader HR remit to support our people and business goals.

About the Role
As our Learning and Development & HR Specialist, you will:
Lead Training and Development: Expand in-house training programs to support team members at all levels, from beginners to seasoned professionals.
Upskilling: Help employees with varying degrees of experience become well-rounded hospitality professionals and enhance the skills of experienced team members.
Innovative HR Practices: Plan and implement forward-thinking strategies to improve team experiences and engagement.
Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for team concerns, supporting a positive and inclusive work environment.
Performance Management: Assist in performance reviews, feedback sessions, and career development plans.
Recruitment and Onboarding: Support hiring and onboarding processes to ensure new team members feel welcome and aligned with our values.
Compliance: Ensure policies and practices meet employment regulations.
Compensation and Benefits: Contribute to pay benchmarking, benefits management, and employee rewards.
What We’re Looking For
A proactive, creative thinker with strong planning and organizational skills.
Someone with a background in hospitality (preferred but not essential).
Experience in creating e-learning programs and managing budgets (desirable).
A passion for personal and professional development, both for themselves and others.
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude that aligns with our values.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to £30,000.00 per year
