An unique and exciting opportunity has arisen to join our small friendly team Marine Park. is a family run independent care home supporting 30 residents. We are looking for a care assistant to join our successful team.

Responsibilities:

– To deliver and promote the positive benefits of equality and diversity in the way that you carry out your duties and responsibilities

– To instill, promote and maintain a health and safety environment for Employee and residents with Talbot House

– Be flexible and highly motivated

– Be keen to implement service developments
