Domestic/Laundry Assistant

Job Description

To keep the home hygienically clean at all times. General housework tasks. To follow cleaning schedules. To adhere to infections control and COSHH guidelines and to comply with health and safety. To complete all training specific to their job role. To adhere to the homes policies and procedures at all times.

To manage the laundry procedures and required flow of laundry to prevent a build up. To ensure that personal laundry is identified and returned to the correct individual and to distribute clothes to the residents room.

Applicants must have good communication skills, be able to adapt to different client groups and be able to work as part of a team.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £11.50 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 22 per week
