The opportunity.

The chance to join a wonderful team of Care Assistants, working through the night to support the restful slumber of our residents at Cavendish Park residential, nursing & dementia care home in Evesham, Worcestershire.

• Fully supported by your Majesticare team, you’ll work closely with our residents, their families, friends & carers to provide strong & safe, physical & emotional care.
• Empowering & supporting your residents to achieve even the smallest of conquests will be important to you.
• Through the friendships you’ll make, you’ll encourage choice, independence & promote dignity.
• With natural kindness, you will support the needs of your residents, from personal care & companionship to joining in with activities & events.
• Being highly organised with a focus on the smaller details & a willingness to learn will be something you will bring to work every day.
• When needed, you’ll be happy to work weekends to support your team.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £12.45 per hour

Expected hours: 12 – 48 per week
