Estate Agent Senior Sales Negotiator / Valuer – Benefits
- £26,000 – £30,000 basic salary plus commission, £35,000 – £40,000 OTE DOE
- Parking on site

Estate Agent Senior Sales Negotiator / Valuer – Duties:
- Booking and carrying out valuations with all efforts in securing instructions for a good first impression
- Providing honest, reliable & professional advice to potential vendors & buyers
- Supporting and guiding more junior members of the team
- Contribution and awareness of KPIs & targets
- Registering applicants and attending viewings
- Negotiating offers
- Supporting with sales progression when required
Estate Agent Senior Sales Negotiator / Valuer – Experience Needed
- Previous experience is essential, with a minimum of 18 months required
- You will have strong communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills
- You will be a confident valuer, or have acted as a branch reserve valuer looking to build up your knowledge
- You will have ambitions to reach managerial level
- You will have solid IT skills and experience of using estate agency CRM systems
- Negotiation skills and a natural sales ability is key
- You will be well spoken and well presented
- You will be target driven and ambitious
- You will have excellent organisational skills and punctuality is of upmost importance
- Driving licence and own vehicle is required
