Senior Lettings Negotiator – Benefits
- £26,000 – £28,000 basic salary plus commission – OTE £35,000 – £40,000

Senior Lettings Negotiator – Duties:
- Booking in and attending lettings viewings & valuations
- Generating business both face to face and over the phone
- Organising pre tenancy paperwork
- Negotiating lets
- Striving to meet and exceed KPIs and targets
- Spot opportunities for new business
- Support Head of Lettings with day-to-day running of the department
Senior Lettings Negotiator – Experience Needed
- Previous lettings experience is essential
- Ideally you will be career driven and be looking to take on more responsibility as time goes on
- You will be a strong communicator with excellent inter-personal skills.
- You will have solid IT skills and be technology savvy
- You will be forward-thinking and adopt a progressive approach
- You will have good understanding of Lettings legislation and be aware of upcoming changes and trends
- Negotiation skills are key and you will be well-spoken and well-presented
- You will be target driven and ambitious
- Excellent organisation skills and punctuality are paramount
