Overview:
We are currently seeking a dedicated Team Member to join our dynamic team. As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and excellent service delivery within our organisation.
Responsibilities:
– Provide exceptional guest services, ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.
– Collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals efficiently.
– Utilise basic maths skills for tasks such as cash handling.
Qualifications:
– Previous experience in a customer-facing role is advantageous.
– Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well in a team environment.
– Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.
– Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritise tasks effectively.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: £14,870.00-£20,800.00 per year
Expected hours: 25 – 35 per week
