Our client has a need for a Senior Development Manager to focus on new business and opportunities. This position is an exciting and pivotal role which will focus on sites capable of delivering c.400 units per scheme.

Key attributes and expertise for the role include:

• Acquisition: Identifying and securing development sites with a clear understanding of market dynamics and location potential.

• Financial Appraisals & Viability Assessments: Proficiency in creating detailed financial models to ensure project feasibility and profitability.

• Planning Expertise: A thorough grasp of London’s planning regulations and constraints to navigate the approval process effectively.

• Project Oversight: Skill in steering projects from initial concept through planning approval and executing business plans with precision.

• Stakeholder Management: Strong communication and leadership abilities to align and guide internal teams and external collaborators throughout the development lifecycle.
