Asset Manager Opportunity

Are you an ambitious Asset Manager ready to make your mark in a dynamic real estate environment? We’re seeking a talented individual to join a lean and focused Asset Management team working on high-profile office led mixed-use projects in London.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support a Lead Asset Management for a portfolio of prime real estate, primarily office and mixed-use developments.
  • Drive value through refurbishment projects, leasing campaigns, and day-to-day property management.
  • Collaborate with third-party advisors and contractors to ensure top-tier service delivery.
  • Provide insights on technical due diligence during acquisitions and disposals, assessing commercial impacts.
  • Prepare detailed cashflow analyses, investor reports, and presentation materials.
  • Support capex and refurbishment projects, including management of consultants and contractors.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 0-3 years post-qualified experience (MRICS preferred) with a strong track record in Asset Management.
  • Background in surveying, real estate funds, or investment with exposure to sectors such as office, logistics, or mixed-use developments.
  • Proficiency in Excel (including discounted cashflows) and PowerPoint; strong report-writing skills.
  • Knowledge of UK landlord and tenant law, including rent reviews and lease renewals.
  • Commercially astute, collaborative, and self-motivated with a keen eye for detail.
  • Fluency in English is essential; additional European languages are a plus.
