Experienced Host/Waitress Wanted!

We are looking for an experienced floor staff member who can excel in both hosting and waitressing roles to join our dynamic restaurant team in a part-time or full-time capacity.

Responsibilities:

Your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Greeting customers warmly upon arrival and escorting them to their tables.
• Managing reservations, including phone confirmations and table plan organization.
• Responding to customer queries and addressing complaints professionally.
• Ensuring the front-of-house area is clean, organized, and ready for service.
• Delivering excellent customer service to make guests feel comfortable and welcome.
• Taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining service standards.
• Performing all duties efficiently, professionally, and courteously.
• Carrying out reasonable alternative duties as instructed by the manager.

Requirements:

• Availability to work 30-40 hours per week.
• A friendly, professional, and customer-focused demeanor.
• A commitment to maintaining cleanliness and organization.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £8.60-£11.44 per hour
