Our client has extensive experience in the fabrication of mild steel and stainless-steel components, successfully delivering a wide range of projects across Chester, Deeside, The Wirral, and the wider North West UK. Job role:

We are seeking experienced Fabricators/Welders to join our growing team in Deeside. The successful candidates will be responsible for fabricating and welding high-quality metal components, mainly in mild steel and stainless steel. If you have a background in MIG & TIG welding along with fabrication we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Fabricate and weld metal components according to detailed engineering drawings and specifications.
• Carry out TIG and MIG welding on mild steel and stainless-steel materials.
• Interpret and follow engineering drawings and blueprints accurately.
• Ensure all work is completed to the highest quality and adheres to health and safety standards.
• Work independently or as part of a team, ensuring smooth project execution.
• Maintain a safe, tidy, and organised work environment.
• Aid with other fabrication and engineering tasks as required.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as a Fabricator Welder, particularly in mild steel and stainless-steel fabrication.
• Proficiency in MIG and TIG welding techniques.
• Solid understanding of fabrication processes and industry best practices.
• Ability to accurately read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• High attention to detail and strong focus on quality control.
• In-depth knowledge of health and safety practices in a fabrication environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a team.

Desirable Attributes:

• Coded welder.
• Experience in manual metal arc welding.
• Previous experience in manufacturing or engineering roles.
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.
