Fibre Field Engineer – Customer Installations

Job Description

MS Fibre Limited provides full-fibre installation services for Alt-Nets primarily using Openreach’s existing Duct and Pole Access infrastructure.

Due to our rapid and continued growth throughout 2024, MS Fibre is looking for new Field Service Engineers throughout 2025.

The Role

Experienced in the Telecoms industry? This is your chance to join a fantastic team in a rapidly expanding company with big growth ambitions. We are looking for Fibre Field Engineers to carry out Fibre Broadband installations for our business & residential customers.

As a Fibre Field Engineer, you have the exciting opportunity to take on two sets of specific responsibilities and duties. You will receive comprehensive training to become a fully competent engineer in all areas. Your focus will be on pre-enablement works, including surveying, resolving minor faults & the installation of Fibre to the premises.

• Installation of Fibre (Overhead & Underground)

• Excavation & Reinstatement (POT to Premises)

• Internal Cabling

• Router Setup & Service Activation

Essential Criteria:

• Full UK Manual Driving License

This is a self-employed position. You will work under the Construction Industry Scheme (CIS). A valid UTR number is required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £26,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
