Job Description

Carry out reactive and planned maintenance tasks in RSL properties, ensuring timely completion of works to the highest standard.

Installation of kitchen and bathroom components.

Carry out various repairs and replacements within void properties, transforming empty homes into habitable spaces ready for new tenants.

Carry out general maintenance works, including but not limited to repairs, fittings, and installations.

Collaborate with other trades and team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.

Maintain a high level of health and safety standards on-site, adhering to relevant regulations and procedures.

Keep accurate records of work completed and materials used, using the company job management software via a company supplied handheld device.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Joiner or similar role, preferably in a residential maintenance environment.

Relevant qualifications or certifications in carpentry/joinery.

Strong understanding of building regulations and health and safety standards.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Good communication skills and customer service orientation.

A full driving license is essential.

We are looking for an experienced Joiner to join our team. We manufactures Bed’s Components and looking for someone with relevant experience in Joinery. The successful candidate will be responsible for cutting, shaping and joining materials such as wood, metal and plastic to create structures and components for Beds.
