We are seeking a skilled Bobcat Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating a Bobcat to perform various tasks, including digging, grading, and moving materials on construction sites. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical operations and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. The Bobcat Operator will play a crucial role in ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities

• Operate the Bobcat safely and efficiently for various tasks such as digging, grading, and transporting materials.
• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on the Bobcat to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure project timelines are met.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while operating machinery on-site.
• Assist in loading and unloading materials as required.
• Maintain a clean and organised work area, ensuring that all tools and equipment are stored properly after use.

Experience

• Proven experience operating a Bobcat or similar machinery is essential.
• Must have HGV class 2 or above license
• Experience with planner head and various attachments
• Ability to work in various weather conditions and adapt to changing site requirements.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £35,000.00-£37,000.00 per year
