Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a dedicated Lifestyles Co-Ordinator to join our team at a care home in the heart of the community. The Lifestyles Co-Ordinator will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents through the development and coordination of engaging activities and events.
Responsibilities:
– Plan, organise, and facilitate a diverse range of activities to meet the physical, emotional, and social needs of residents
– Create personalised activity plans tailored to individual preferences and abilities
– Coordinate group outings, entertainment, and educational programmes
– Collaborate with care staff to ensure activities are inclusive and supportive of residents with dementia or other care needs
– Maintain accurate records of resident participation and feedback
– Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff to promote engagement and resident well-being
Requirements:
– Previous experience in a similar role is desired but not required.
– A clean, full UK driving liscence is preferred but not essential.
– Strong organisational skills to plan and deliver a varied activities programme.
Hours/Pay:
- £12.00 per hour
- Full Time – 36 – 42 hours per week
