We are currently looking for a Project Controller to join our dynamic team and contribute to the successful planning and execution of critical projects.
About the Role
As a Project Controller at MIGSO | PCUBED, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that projects are executed efficiently and on time. You will work closely with project managers and cross-functional teams to create detailed project schedules, monitor progress, and adjust plans as needed to achieve the desired outcomes. Your expertise in planning and controls will help drive the success of some of the most exciting projects across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, ensuring alignment with project objectives, timelines, and resources.
- Work closely with project managers and other team members to define project deliverables, milestones, and timelines.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively propose solutions to mitigate delays and ensure projects stay on track.
- Utilise project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar) to update and track project schedules.
- Conduct schedule reviews and communicate status updates to key stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
- Ensure consistency and accuracy in planning, reporting, and forecasting to meet business and client objectives.
- Support the development of project management best practices, tools, and templates.
- Collaborate across departments to gather critical information and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
What You’ll Bring:
- Proven experience as a Project Planner or Scheduler, with a strong understanding of project planning and control processes.
- Proficiency in project management software P6 Primavera,
- Ability to create and manage complex project schedules across multiple workstreams.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to identify risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A collaborative mindset with a passion for contributing to the success of the team.
- Experience in industries such as automotive, aerospace, energy, or similar sectors is a plus.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMI-SP, APM) are desirable but not essential.
