911 Industrial Response was founded in 2003 by Tanya Janssens Brewster. The company started with three medical units and a home-based office. After many long days in the field and the help of some star employees, the company grew exponentially with some notable milestones. In June 2005 the company moved into a single bay shop, then a double bay shop in January 2008, with a satellite location in Dawson Creek in October 2012. We moved into our current standalone base with three bays, multiple offices, and a fenced yard in May 2014 and opened our Dawson Creek shop location in May 2018.
In 2007 Jeff joined the management team bringing years of experience managing people and fleets. We became an Advanced Life Support (ALS) service in December 2011 and moved into the service of providing remote care in clinical settings. In May of 2018, 911 Industrial Response Ltd expanded our Medical Fleet by 40% and added our H2S Safety Division through the 100% acquisition of Cloak Medic and Safety Services. We are currently running over 100 medical and safety units and have over 100 team members.
The recipe for our growth has been a focus on quality emergency response, professionalism and attention to detail for our customers and our team members. 911 Industrial Response Ltd provides top-notch medical and safety services for all levels of care and types of industrial sites in Alberta, British Columbia, Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Saskatchewan. Our units and clinics are equipped above Provincial Government standards.
