Seeking Experienced Brunch Chef for The Belmont

Responsibilities:

– Develop and execute a diverse and innovative brunch menu that reflects our restaurant’s aesthetic and meets our standards of quality.

– Ensure efficient kitchen operations during brunch service, including prep, cooking, plating, and maintaining high-quality standards.

– Manage inventory, ordering, and maintain organization in the kitchen to support seamless brunch service.

– Collaborate with the culinary team to create seasonal menus, specials and continuously elevate our brunch offerings.

– Work with kitchen staff to uphold our standards of excellence and professionalism.

– Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations to ensure a clean and safe working environment.

Requirements:

– Strong culinary skills and a passion for creativity, with the ability to develop unique and appealing dishes.

– Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

– Effective communication skills and leadership qualities.

– Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required by the demands of the restaurant industry.
