Marketing Associate
Job Description
Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
- Manage social media accounts by creating, scheduling, and posting content, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, WeChat and RED
- Collaborate with influencers, affiliates, and digital partners to expand our reach and foster engagement.
- Handle community management by promptly responding to customer comments, messages, and inquiries.
- Assist in the planning and execution of paid social media advertising campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
- Monitor and respond to customer reviews on Google and other platforms, ensuring timely and constructive feedback.
Website Management:
- Regularly update and maintain the website content.
- Optimize website content for search engines (SEO) to improve visibility and rankings.
- Collaborate with web developers to implement new features, enhancements, and updates as needed.
Promotion/Event Coordination:
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of in-store promotions and outdoor events.
- Assist in developing marketing materials, including print flyers, signage, and posters, by creating engaging copy and content.
- Coordinate with graphic designers and print vendors to ensure high-quality production and timely delivery of marketing materials.
Email Marketing:
- Develop and manage engaging email campaigns, including newsletters and event promotions.
- Prepare monthly reports to analyze campaign performance and engagement metrics, including open rate, click-through rate and conversions, to improve campaign performance.
Other Responsibilities:
- Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent brand messaging and drive collaborative marketing initiatives.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape, providing insights for strategic planning.
