Role:

As an Investor Relations Manager, you will provide critical support to the leadership team and play an essential role in implementing 35Pharma’s investor relations strategy. In collaboration with the VP, Corporate Development, you will work to foster connections and cultivate relationships with investors and external stakeholders. This would be an ideal role for an industry professional looking for continued growth committed to further building the company’s IR function. Adjustments in title seniority will be considered for the pertinent professional background and expertise.

Main responsibilities:

• Develop and support the implementation of the company IR strategy and oversee its successful execution while maintaining high standards of quality control

• Draft Newsflow and manage Press Releases in line with regulatory requirements and corporate objectives as assigned

• Draft and update the company’s IR presentation materials

• Plan and support the company’s conference attendance including scientific, clinical, Business Development and Investor Relations conferences

• Manage the company’s communication channels including corporate website / IR pages

• Assist with the preparation of annual and quarterly reports, quarterly presentations and other relevant Investor Relations events and roadshows as needed

• Assist in establishing and managing relationships with investors, and other external stakeholders

• Provide market intelligence and competitor insights to management• Manage PR and Investor Relations vendors as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a life science discipline; additional financial, business administration or similar education would be considered an asset

• At least two (2) years of relevant work experience gained in biotech, pharmaceutical, or consulting industry

• Good understanding of how VC finance and capital markets function

• Extremely strong aptitude at PowerPoint slide design and written communication

• Well versed in press release drafting and distribution

• Competent in multi-tasking and managing multiple workstreams at a fast pace, with acute attention to detail, completeness and accuracy

• Highly organized and able to work independently, able to prioritize assignments and deliver according to defined milestones.
