Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Management:
  • Plan, organize, and evaluate store operations to meet sales targets and enhance profitability.
  • Maintain inventory levels, order stock, and ensure proper stock rotation.
  • Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
  • Team Leadership:
  • Recruit, train, and supervise store employees.
  • Schedule shifts and manage payroll budgets effectively.
  • Motivate and coach the team to achieve performance goals.
  • Customer Service:
  • Provide outstanding customer service and resolve customer inquiries or complaints.
  • Implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Sales and Marketing:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Analyze sales reports and customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Plan and execute in-store promotions or events.
  • Compliance and Safety:
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, health, and safety regulations.
