Job Title: Deputy Shop Manager (Bradford Road)

Hours: 32 Hours per week

Salary: £19,441.60 per annum, pro-rata to the full-time salary of £24,302.00

The Deputy Shop Manager will be responsible for the overall management of one of The

Kirkwood’s Charity Shops. The prime purpose of the post is to maximise income and profit

and ensure the shop is well presented and managed in accordance with the shops policy

and standards, whilst ensuring The Kirkwood has a high profile and understanding by the

Local Community. The teamwork, communication and training of volunteers is a key part of

the post.
