Head Pastry Chef
Job Description
We are currently looking for an enthusiastic Head Pastry Chef to work at our Harlestone Heath newly acquired site
As the Head Pastry Chef, you would have to had experience in a similar environment, with knowledge of pastry products. The successful Chef must be self-motivated, quality driven and keen to learn and develop.
Salary will be dependent of experience, but you can expect your role to be varied and rewarding. There are great opportunities to develop and progress your career.
Hours of work will be based on a 40 hour week working 5 days out of 7, day shift only and no splits.
Roles & Responsibilities:
· To help in delivering a consistent product of a high standard for the pastry department
· To provide our customers with exceptional customer service
· To control stock, minimising wastage and working within the budget provided for the department
