Job Description

Job Summary
We are seeking a Divisional Communications Executive to support the delivery of effective communication and marketing initiatives by coordinating progammes/campaigns, creating and managing content, ensuring compliance with internal standards, and providing operational and event support. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders and contributing to the success of divisional and local marketing activities while driving continuous improvement in processes and outcomes.

What you will be doing:

Marketing Programmes & Campaign Support:

  • Assist in the development of briefs that outline actions and tasks for successful programme and campaign implementation.
  • Support with coordination of the creation of internal and external communication toolkits, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives.
  • Develop and execute communication plans across various channels to maximise campaign reach and effectiveness.

Content Creation and Management:

  • Maintain and update product literature to reflect current offerings and standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to develop compliant and engaging content tailored by audience and communication channel.
  • Developing and create marketing copywriting content for various channels such as social media content, digital content, articles and asset content.
  • Ensure consistency and accuracy in messaging across all materials and channels.

Compliance:

  • Support compliance processes and procedures, ensuring alignment with divisional and corporate guidelines.
  • Conduct and develop internal compliance reviews to identify and address areas of non-conformance.
  • Regularly report on compliance reviews, providing actionable insights and suggestions for improvement.

Reporting & Administration:

  • Monitor and regularly report on the progress, performance, and outcomes of marketing programmes and campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for all projects, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Proactively identify areas for improvement based on data-driven insights from campaigns and reviews.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Schedule, organise, and attend regular meetings with key stakeholders to review programme/campaign progress and align on objectives.
  • Act as a liaison between divisional teams, agencies, and other partners to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

Event Coordination:

  • Support with the planning and coordinate of promotional events, such as trade fairs, exhibitions, and training sessions, ensuring they are executed to a high standard.
  • Support pre-event planning, on-site management (where applicable), and post-event evaluation to optimise future activities.

General Marketing Support:

  • Assist local marketing teams with content and asset creation, ensuring consistency with divisional and corporate guidelines.
  • Oversee stock management and dispatch of divisional promotional material and printed assets, ensuring availability and timely delivery.

Agency Collaboration:

  • Partner with PR, creative, and full-service agencies to develop and deliver relevant and impactful content for campaigns and projects.
  • Manage agency deliverables, timelines, and budgets to ensure alignment with overall communication goals.

Miscellaneous Responsibilities:

  • Perform additional assignments as directed by the manager, relevant to the role or based on operational needs.
  • Ensure compliance with the requirements of ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 & 50001 accreditations and all other certifications currently in place, including CE marking.

o Report compliance concerns, issues, and failures; 

o Participate in training as required; 

  • Ensure site adherence to and operation of the Compliance Management System responsibilities within ISO 37301 Clause 5 sections 5.3.4. the company handbook and Code of Conduct.

Skills and Experience

  • At least 2 years’ experience in a marketing role.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Copywriting skills.
  • Good interpersonal and teamwork skills.
  • Willingness to learn and grow.
  • Good understanding of marketing communication channels.
  • Experience with marketing tools and platforms.
  • Proficient use of MS Office applications.
  • Use of CRM’s (advantageous).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
