£50,000 – £60,000 – Negotiable DOE

King Healthcare are currently assisting a Private Clinic in their search for a new Nurse Manager. This client specialises in Fertility and Gynaecological Health and we are seeking an applicant who will take charge of both the clinical nursing team, theatre and day to day running of the clinic.
The Role
In this post, you will be tasked with the organisation of the clinic, ensuring that everything is running smoothly, efficiently and most importantly – safely.
You will be good at problem solving, being pro-active and managing staff.
You’ll act as a link between nursing staff and the senior management team.
Training is on offer within the fertility speciality to enable you to understand the business, the patients, your nursing team and what’s fully required. The reason they are offering training in this speciality is because the most key focus for them is to find the right person and right manager for the clinic and team first and foremost.
Usual management duties include rotas for clinical team, managing shifts, on-call duty and annual leave etc. In addition, you’ll be tasked with the general day to day running of the clinic guaranteeing quality patient care and patient safety risk management.
The Candidate
The ideal candidate for this position will be an experienced Nurse who can demonstrate excellent management capabilities in addition to strong clinical knowledge. You’ll need to have a strong interest in women’s health and Gynae and be able to manage the workload of both yourself and your team.
Exposure to Gynaecology, theatres, minor ops / procedures is also quite key to this position due to the nature of the clinic. This is a challenging role as there are changes that must be made in order to organise the clinic and theatres.

Salary and Benefits
The salary on offer for this position is between £50,000 – £60,000 negotiable dependent on experience. In addition are several benefits including a discretionary annual bonus, generous annual leave, private pension scheme, cycle to work scheme, fully funded CPD etc.
