Senior Domestic Abuse Worker, Opportunity to Make a Difference
Are you a compassionate professional, dedicated to supporting survivors?
Key, part of the DASSL network of domestic abuse providers in Lancashire, is a leading charity delivering critical support and is seeking an exceptional Senior Domestic Abuse Refuge Worker to help transform lives and provide hope to those experiencing domestic abuse.
For 30 years, Key Unlocking Futures has been a beacon of support, providing critical intervention and support to people across Lancashire, catching people before they fall and helping those in crisis find their feet.
Each year, we help more than 7000 people across Lancashire achieve their potential, with our Domestic Abuse services playing a crucial role in supporting survivors and their families.
We’re looking for someone passionate about supporting individuals experiencing domestic abuse, with a proven track record in providing holistic, trauma-informed support.

What We’re Looking For:
· Experienced professional with expertise in domestic abuse support services
· Strong leader capable of managing service delivery and staff
· Compassionate advocate for survivors
· Digital-savvy individual with excellent communication and record-keeping skills
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage day-to-day operations of domestic abuse services
· Liaise with external agencies and support networks
· Ensure high-quality, survivor-focused service delivery
Ideal Candidate:
· Relevant qualification in Social Work, Housing, or Domestic Abuse support
· GCSE in Maths and English (Grade C or equivalent)
· Proven experience working with domestic abuse survivors
· Strong leadership and communication skills
· Ability to work flexibly, including occasional evenings and weekends
