Overview
Kitchen Manager / Head Chef
Great food keeps our guests coming back time and time again. And it’s our Head Chefs that inspire the team to give it their all in the kitchen. A motivator. A leader, and a collaborator, who can work with the General Manager to make a great place to work and truly special place to visit for every customer we serve.
What we need from you:
- Experience in a similar Kitchen Manager/ Head Chef role or ready to step up from Second Chef / Sous Chef position
- A passion for producing food to be proud of
- A motivational team-leader who can make sure our food and hygiene standards are consistently high
- Clear communication with your team
- Ability to work collaboratively with the General Manager to ensure success of the business
- A positive attitude and ability to create a buzz in your kitchen to keep your team motivated
- A desire to develop and retain their kitchen team

Pay: From £38,000.00 per year
