Kennedys is indeed looking for a Senior Associate to join their Crime & Regulatory team in Manchester. The team specialises in regulatory work, particularly health, safety, and environment (HSE) investigations and prosecutions, along with numerous ancillary inquests and public inquiries across various industries.
The successful candidate will have the chance to assist on high-profile health and safety matters and cover serious public investigations following major incidents. This position is ideal for someone looking to make a significant impact in the field of regulatory law.

The Regulatory team act for numerous well-known corporate clients in all industry sectors and also receive instructions to assist policy-holder organisations from insurance companies.
Required experience
- 5 years + with the relevant experience*
- Knowledge of health and safety regulatory law
