Job Description

Kennedys is recruiting for Trainee File Administrators to support our Motor and Casualty teams across our Birmingham, Sheffield and Manchester offices.


Team

You will be joining a specialist team with a focus on file management to support the wider Liability Defence Division with meeting client SLAs (Service Level Agreements) and KPIs, and carrying out a variety of tasks. Our Liability Defence division is acclaimed for their specialist work in defendant insurance liability claims including: personal injury matters, employer liability and motor liability involving road traffic accidents working with a range of clients.


Key Responsibilities

  • Undertake the administrative duties on files
  • Completing MI
  • Drafting routine court documents
  • Ensure the security and confidentiality of clients documentation
  • Open, close and archive files
  • Follow the firm’s quality procedures

Required Experience

  • Previous experience in a customer facing role
  • Administrative experience in a legal environment is desirable
  • Proficient with MS Office systems
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • *To be considered for this role you will need to have studied at GCSE level with grades between A* – C, 9 – 4 or equivalent.
