Class 2 tramper

Job Description

Kenect are recruiting for an experienced Class 2 driver to join our clients team based in Newton Aycliffe. As a Class 2 driver, you will be responsible for delivering to customers across the UK, ensuring timely and safe delivery of goods. Occasional nights out required for this role.

Duties
– Drive Class 2 on designated routes across North East and Scotland
– Ensure safe loading and unloading of goods
– Adhere to traffic laws and regulations
– Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance
– Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers
– Maintain accurate delivery records

Qualifications
– Hold a valid Class 2 driving licence, CPC and Digi card
– Proven experience as a commercial delivery driver
– Strong understanding of road safety regulations
– Excellent communication skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.93 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
