Job Overview
Kenect Recruitment are currently experienced Packers to join our Tipton based client. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and packing medical testing kits for private healthcare professionals.

As a team leader, duties will include leading the team in the correct direction, through initiative and effective decision making. Attendance is imperative, and having great timekeeping skills.

Duties

• Assembling bespoke boxes
• Following packing instructions and diagrams to form bespoke kits
• Printing labels and attaching
• Conduct quality control checks on packed items to ensure accuracy
• Counting and palletising completed kits ready to be sent to client
• Handle materials with care to prevent damage
• Assist with stock management tasks as needed

Requirements

• Previous experience in a detailed packing role
• Excellent attention to detail – must be able to read and understand packing instructions and follow diagrams
• Must be dextrous and nimble fingered to handle small components
• Dedication to quality control and ability to complete orders in a timely manner

Hours of Work

• Monday to Friday, 8.30am-5pm
• 37.5 hours per week

Salary & Benefits

• Weekly pay
• £11.44 per hour
• Accrued holiday pay
