Key Responsibilities

As a Rental Controller, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our rental services. Your duties will include:

• Coordinating rental agreements, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
• Managing equipment availability, schedules, and logistics.
• Providing outstanding customer service, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues efficiently.
• Maintaining records of rental transactions and generating reports as required.
• Collaborating with the sales and service teams to optimize customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Monitoring and controlling costs to meet financial targets.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in using rental or fleet management systems (experience with specific software is a plus).
• A proactive and problem-solving attitude.
• Experience in the material handling or equipment rental sector is advantageous but not essential.
