The Role of Warranty Administrator Includes:

  • Proven track record of working within the construction, agriculture or similar industry

Motus Commercials located in Bellshill is on the lookout for a dedicated Warranty Administrator to join our friendly team providing exceptional levels of service to our customers. The position will see you working:


5 days per week Monday to Friday 8.00am – 16.30pm


Salary – £28000 – £30000

As a Warranty Administrator at Motus Commercials in Bellshill we will be looking for you to be able to demonstrate:

Main duties will be:

We require an experienced Warranty Administrator who can produce accurate invoices and provide our customers with exceptional administration support, using various forms of communication for example online, phone, or email.

  • Service costing and invoicing as required Inc. retail, warranty, and contract in a timely manner and to a high standard.
  • Assist in the control of admin work levels and outstanding open jobs.
  • Complete warranty and repair and maintenance claims in line with DAF policies
  • Providing administration support to the workshop for example raising estimates and securing authority for work to be carried out
  • Dealing with customer queries.
  • Exceeding customer expectation by ensuring you are part of a Brilliant Team which provides a quality service to all customers getting their vehicles back on the road to keep our country running
  • To understand key performance targets and support your colleagues and team to achieve them

The role will include;

Responsibility for the administration of warranty claims

Claim preparation and submission

Ensuring manufacturer criteria’s are met

Query rejected warranty claims with a view to resubmission

Ensure all claims and job cards are prepped and ready for future audits

Provide warranty support to the service advisors including goodwill submissions

Job Description

We are seeking a WARRANTY ADMINISTRATOR to support all related activities at our clients Exeter dealership.

Key activities will include:

· Processing warranty claims for both dealerships within the required timeframes and ensuring proper documentation.

· Verify all criteria required by the manufacturer.

· Reconcile all payments and posting of credits onto the warranty DMS software.

· Resubmit rejected claims promptly and follow up on payment of outstanding claims.

· Arrange for parts to be returned to the manufacturer or to be correctly disposed of.

· Maintain all records as required by the manufacturer to ensure successful audit outcomes.

Whilst specific experience as a Warranty Administrator is not essential, you will need main dealer Aftersales experience and to be familiar with the Kerridge dealer management system.

This is a Monday to Friday role, and the business can offer some flexibility as to how your hours are covered.
