Location: Leicester
Salary: Up to 37K basic
Hours: 4 on 4 off nights

Job Description:
My client, a leading Waste & Recycling company are seeking a skilled Plant Operative to join the team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Engineers with planned and reactive maintenance across all areas of the plant.
Key Responsibilities:
- The operation of plant equipment such as; conveyors, balers, compactors, sorters etc.
- Undertake machine start-up, routine & non-routine material changes and plant shut down as required
- Monitoring, reporting and actioning equipment performance.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar position.
- Waste industry experience desired.
