Job role: Operations Supervisor / Transport Supervisor

Location: Stanwell

Rate: £17.25 – £19.25 per hour

About your new Operations Supervisor / Transport Supervisor role

• To ensure maximum availability of vehicles and support drivers to meet the requirements of the Company.

• To liaise with Inspectors, and other Depot Supervisors to ensure that all disruptions are effectively resolved and ensure this is communicated.

• To deal with passenger / customer complaints in a caring and professional manner.

• To ensure that all driving staff carry out their duties effectively and within the health and safety regulations.

• To ensure compliance with driver’s hours rules and regulations and ensuring work is allocated efficiently and effectively
