Kitchen Supervisor

THE BRAND
Kelly’s Market is a growing, innovative new brand developed by KellyDeli, based in a number of supermarkets around the country. We specialise in Korean food, but also produce a wide range of Asian ‘street food’, Bubble Teas and Poke bowls.
Your working hours will be scheduled between 7am – 8pm on a rota format, based on 9 hour shifts with breaks.
THE GOAL
As a Kiosk Supervisor at Kelly’s Market, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the kiosk operation and delivering a positive customer experience. You will manage the production team to efficiently deliver daily requirements, ensuring product quality and food safety standards are consistently met.
WORKING RELATIONSHIPS
Reporting into the Kiosk Manager, you will work closely with the kiosk team, leading them in the correct and proper way.
WHAT THEY DO
Responsibilities
- Follow all food safety and hygiene procedures to ensure safe preparation and handling of food.
- Ensure that ingredients are properly prepared, stored, and labelled according to health and safety standards.
- Deliver a positive customer experience and build customer brand loyalty.
- Manage daily production plan and ensure that the full range of recipes are followed accordingly.
- Provide training and instruction to production team members.
- Manage production team schedule and ensure effective and efficient work processes.
- Manage stock inventory and communicate regularly with suppliers.
- Ensure all food safety, quality and hygiene procedures are followed.
- Manage customer feedback and cost control.
- Conduct daily tasting sessions to allow customers to sample menu items and receive
feedback.

Experience
- Team Management
- Food industry experience is desirable
- Kitchen experience (not essential)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: £13.00-£14.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 35 per week
