Salary amounts quoted are from the 1 September to 31 August and therefore if you commence employment part way through the academic year they are subject to an equated salary adjustment


Working Type:
Full Time, Term Time Only – 37 hours, 39 working weeks

Northern Education Trust (NET) is a charitable education Trust with a good track record for school improvement. The Trust sponsors 29 academies; 16 secondary and 13 primaries across the North of England in twelve Local Authority regions.

We are seeking to appoint an Attendance and Cover Manager. Our successful candidate will lead the academy attendance team in providing operational and administrative support to promote whole academy attendance strategies, to improve attendance and persistent absence in line with academy targets, will help parents/carers to improve their children’s attendance thus improving their access to learning, enabling all children and young people to maximise their educational opportunities, will oversee staff cover within the academy, and will line manage the Cover Supervisors within the academy.
