Job Description

Kays Medical are currently recruiting for an Administrator to join their Occupational Health team.

The role consists of supporting the inhouse Occupational Health team with a range of admin tasks, including scheduling appointments, answering calls, providing KPI information and reports, along with filling and diary management.

Key accountabilities are:

  • Record Occupational health surveillance results on matrix to ensure legal compliance is met and maintained
  • Managing Occupational health surveillance recall requirements
  • Reviewing preplacement and employee live cycle Occupational health questionnaires and tracking outcomes
  • Complete KPIs on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis
  • Filing of Occupational Health appointment notes
  • Inviting Occupational Health service users for their appointments
  • Producing reschedules for Occupational health surveillance and Occupational health promotion activity
  • Communicating Occupational health promotional activities via email/posters/TVs
  • Maintaining OH consumables inventory and placing orders when required
  • Supporting Occupational Health Advisor with other administrative duties
  • Support the Occupational Health team as required and with suitable training to undertake, health surveillance measurements and test collection

Qualifications and Experience

Essential

  • Experience working with confidential sensitive data and strong IT skills in particular excel is essential
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to operate within a level of ambiguity
  • Previous administration experience is essential and you must be compliant with GDPR and have the ability to maintain confidentiality as you will be responsible for handling sensitive information
  • Flexible to changing priorities and have the ability to work quickly and accurately in a busy, high-volume environment.
  • Strong ICT packages including word, excel, teams and power point A good level of customer service skills.
  • Educated to GCSE level or equivalent.

Desirable

  • A background working within an occupational health environment OR a HR background with experience working closely with occupational health

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £24,600.00 per year
