Head Chef
Are you a truly passionate Chef with outstanding British, Indian & Pan Asian Cuisine culinary skills, creative vision and exceptional leadership. Accommodation offered if required.
Overall responsibilities include provenance and procurement, monitoring and reviewing the kitchen operation for improvement, efficiencies and cost controls. Liaising and coordinating with Directors to drive the business forward;
Responsible for financial targets including GP and P&L. Preparing reports and schedules and assuming executive responsibilities commensurate with role
To qualify for selection you must have the following minimum requirements: –
- Eligibility to live and work in UK
- Mastery in Indian & Pan Asian Cuisine cuisine and culinary skills
- Experience in managing restaurant’s kitchen operation and culinary direction
- Technical knowledge of ingredient quality, sourcing, measuring & formulation
- Previous experience of at least 5 years in this or similar role + min 10 years of prior experience in escalating job ranks
- Relevant Health & Safety credentials and knowledge of HACCP protocols
- Computer literacy,

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to £40,000.00 per year
